Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

- Inspect vehicle components for wear and tear, documenting findings accurately

- Test suspect faulty parts, diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs

- Support the preparation and maintenance of new and used vehicles, including loan cars

- Ensure all work is completed to high standards within specified timeframes

- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and communicate effectively with colleagues

- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent

- Ideally possess 1-2 years’ practical experience as a Vehicle Technician

- Hold a full UK driving licence with minimal points

- Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

- Be a committed team player with a professional approach

- Able to produce high-quality work in a busy workshop environment
