About the role

Are you a qualified Vehicle Technician with a passion for developing the next generation of automotive professionals?

Grimsby Institute is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Automotive Engineering team as a Programme Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to share your industry expertise, inspire learners and help them achieve their full potential in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment while supporting learners throughout their educational journey. Working alongside a team of experienced specialists, you'll help learners develop the technical skills, knowledge and confidence needed for a successful career in the automotive industry.

This is more than a teaching role, it's an opportunity to shape future automotive professionals, share your industry knowledge and make a lasting impact on learners' lives while working within an outstanding and dedicated team.

About the person

The successful candidate will have previous experience delivering in a body repair or paint environment. We're looking for someone with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping learners succeed.

You'll be organised, motivated and confident in supporting learners to develop the practical skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry.
