We're recruiting for a busy and professional HGV dealership seeking a knowledgeable Workshop Controller to oversee the day-to-day operation of a thriving commercial vehicle workshop. If you have a strong HGV background and enjoy leading teams, driving productivity and delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role:
·Manage the daily running of a busy HGV workshop
·Allocate work efficiently to maximise technician productivity
·Monitor workshop loading, efficiency and labour performance
·Ensure repairs, servicing and MOT preparation are completed on time
·Liaise with Service Advisors, Parts and Technicians
·Carry out quality control checks and ensure manufacturer and DVSA standards are met
·Maintain high standards of health & safety and workshop compliance
What We're Looking For:
·Previous experience as an HGV Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or Senior HGV Technician
·Strong HGV or commercial vehicle workshop background
·Excellent leadership, planning and organisational skills
·Experience managing workshop productivity and technician allocation
·Good IT skills and workshop management system experience
·NVQ Level 3, IRTEC or HGV Licence advantageous but not essential
