We are looking for someone to join our Customer Experience team at our Head Office in Bognor Regis. This is a high-profile role

that serves as the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key part in creating a positive first impression by

directing calls efficiently and delivering a professional, friendly service.

The role will include, but is not limited to: 

* To triage up to 120 calls per day from customers and clients to our 36 sites across the UK, ensuring we achieve a +90% answer

rate. 

* Support the claims team by triaging the centralized inbox. 

* Support the claims team with adding instructions on BMS. 

* Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines.

Skills and Knowledge:

* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and extremely organised with a keen eye for detail.

* Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player.

* Be a key communicator.

* Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given to a high standard.
