Claims Handler
Salary: £32,872 per annum with an increase on completion of 6-month probation
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday – Friday and every other Saturday 8am-12pm.
You will also be rota 'ed to work some bank holidays 8-12.

We are looking for two people to join our Customer Experience team at our Head Office in Bognor Regis. The position is a
high-profile position within the business and your general job functions include supporting customers throughout the vehicle
repair process, liaising with insurers, engineers, and our repair centres to ensure a smooth journey.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!
The role will include, but is not limited to:
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone call, emails and webchat
* Processing customer bookings, by telephone and email in line with company processes
* Accurately input data onto Halo’s internal systems
* Manage booking volumes to support all sites throughout the business

* At least one year of contact centre experience
* Outbound calling experience
* Excellent computer literacy
