Paragon Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Lozells from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term supply role, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging lessons, inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

The Role

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.

Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.

Establish high expectations for behaviour and learning.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
