The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, purpose-built 24-hour veterinary hospital in Rotherham. Due to internal progression, the practice is looking for a passionate vet who is keen to develop their interests in internal medicine, cardiology, diagnostic imaging or neurology while working alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team.

The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative practice led by an experienced Branch Partner and Practice Manager, delivering exceptional patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. The hospital is exceptionally well equipped, including a full-body CT scanner, alongside advanced diagnostic facilities, providing excellent opportunities to work up complex medical cases and continue developing clinical skills.

The role will involve a mixture of consultations, surgery and case management, working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding veterinary care while building lasting client relationships.

• MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for delivering outstanding patient and client care

• Confident with routine consultations and surgery

• An interest in developing advanced clinical skills, particularly in medicine, cardiology, diagnostic imaging or neurology

• Experienced Veterinary Surgeons encouraged to apply
