The role
Supporting young people aged 11-25, you'll deliver mentoring, outreach and re-engagement work within PRUs, Alternative Provision academies, charity-led projects and specialist SEMH settings.
Your ability to build trust, encourage positive choices and promote resilience will help young people move towards education, employment and brighter futures.
Salary
£14-16 per hour
£105-120 per day
Requirements
Experience working with young people is essential.
More importantly, we're looking for people with empathy, resilience, patience and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
Enhanced DBS, safeguarding, references and right to work required.
