Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (Sunday to Saturday)

We're seeking motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Operatives to join our clients modern, GMP-compliant facility in Sandwich, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where your contribution truly counts.

Your Role

As a Pharmaceutical Production Operative, you'll play an essential part in the manufacturing process - ensuring our products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

⚙️ Setting up, operating, and cleaning production machinery

⚖️ Weighing, mixing, filling, and packaging according to batch records

Completing GMP documentation accurately with a Right First Time approach

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards

️ Reporting deviations and contributing to audit readiness

Working collaboratively with teams across Production, QA, and Engineering

Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory management

️ Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting minor production issues

✅ What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment (essential)

Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to quality

Physically fit - able to perform manual handling and lifting tasks

A proactive team player with a positive attitude

Flexibility to work on a rotating 5-day shift pattern (including weekends)

Eligibility to work in the UK
