At The Big Phone Store, we’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Lead Developer to guide our growing tech team and help take our platform to the next level.
We’re a fast-growing, independent UK business leading the charge in sustainable tech. Over the past three years, we’ve scaled significantly — becoming one of the most trusted names in the refurbished mobile phone and tech market.
This role isn’t just about writing code — it’s about shaping technical direction, mentoring a talented dev team, and building products that make a real impact on people and the planet. We need someone strong but empathetic, able to motivate the team, get the gears turning, and confidently communicate with stakeholders across the business.
