What are we looking for?

We are looking for a strong individual with previous hospitality experience perhaps looking for their next step in a managerial role.

We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic is 'hands on' and a natural leader to motivate your team.

You will need to be:

Flexible - able to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.

Manage, train and develop younger members of the team, have a good understanding of operational standards

Run shifts from the front, be a real team player and input and implement new ideas

Be able to work on the floor and on the bar

Be responsible for securing the premises and closing the tills down on occasions

Building a great rapport with your guests and diners we need an individual with a great personality, a supervisor with a positive attitude and someone who is happy to meet and manage guest expectations.
