Summary

Assistant - The Harbour

Situated right on the waters edge, The Harbour Inn, Southwold is a proper old Fishermans pub. Ollie and his team enjoy giving their customers a warm and welcoming experience in a buzzy atmosphere whilst always serving up great food and refreshing drinks.

We are looking for a Front of House Assistant that is enthusiastic and energetic who will deliver fabulous customer experiences every time creating memorable moments for our lovely customers during their visit with us.

We want each member of our team to grow, develop and progress within Adnams and we are committed to providing you with continual training and development to support you with your career goals and progression within The Harbour and wider business.

The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality and may have some previous pub, restaurant, or hotel experience but what is important is that you have a friendly manner and enjoy engaging with our guests.

You will be a hard-working team player that can use their own initiative and work well under pressure and enjoys working with people.

As part of our team you will happily meet and greet our customers with a smile, setting and cleaning tables and service areas, be confident taking orders and serving food and drinks whilst liaising with the kitchen teams to ensure a smooth service.

We will provide all the training you need to get you up to speed with how we like things done.

Flexibility is required in this role to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.

Pay rates

21+ = £12.71 per hour

18 - 20's = £12.27 per hour

Under 18's = £10.27 per hour
