Duties of a Car Sales Manager:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise dealership profitability

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

- Collaborate with the progressor to ensure seamless customer handovers and follow-ups

- Keep abreast of current market trends and stock levels to inform sales planning

- Ensure compliance with dealership standards and procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or as an ambitious Sales Controller ready for the next step

- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills

- Ability to motivate and develop a small sales team effectively

- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales and profit objectives

- Sound knowledge of the motor trade market

- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
