Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established multi-franchise dealership in Bolton. This is a key role within the aftersales team, bridging the gap between customers and workshop operations to ensure a seamless service experience.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service

- Manage all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently

- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle throughout the service process

- Process payments accurately and ensure follow-up actions are completed

- Maintain high levels of organisation and cleanliness within the service department

- Communicate effectively with workshop team to coordinate service delivery

- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any queries or concerns promptly

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade

- No formal qualifications required; strong experience is valued

- Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills

- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care
