Litigation Lawyer needed in South west London Paying £307.11 per day ref OR108007

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Manage a varied caseload of complex civil, commercial and/or property litigation matters with minimal supervision.
Conduct litigation in the County Court, High Court and relevant Tribunals.
Provide clear, commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice to clients and key stakeholders.
Draft pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, reports and other legal documents.
Negotiate favourable settlements and outcomes for clients.
Attend meetings with clients, counsel, experts and other external stakeholders.
Prepare reports and legal updates for clients and senior management where required.
Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees within the team.
Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments and advise clients on their implications.
Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with procedural requirements, regulatory obligations and internal policies.
