Location: Seaford Area

Mileage: Experience preferred, but attitude is everything.

Condition: Motivated, customer-focused, and ready to hit the ground running.

Fuel Type: Coffee.

Transmission: Manual or Automatic – as long as you can drive sales.

Our client, a successful Main Dealer in the Seaford area, is looking for their next Car Sales Executive. Could that be you?

Factory Specification:

✅ Loves talking to people (even on Mondays).

✅ Knows their way around a showroom.

✅ Understands that websites like Carwow and Leasing.com aren't just something to browse on your lunch break—they're opportunities waiting to happen.

✅ Enjoys the thrill of closing a deal almost as much as hearing, "I'll take it."

Performance Figures:

• Basic Salary: £16,500

• Expected OTE: £40,000+ (and yes, it's uncapped, so the harder you drive, the further you'll go).

Running Costs:

• 5-day working week

• One weekday off (because everyone deserves a lie-in occasionally)

• No Sundays – your weekend isn't entirely written off.

• Bank Holidays worked on a rota basis.

• 20 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.

• Full training provided, so you'll always have the latest software update.

Operating Hours:

🕣 Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

🕣 Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Warning Lights:

This role may cause:

• A healthy commission balance.

• Repeat customers asking for you by name.

• The occasional inability to stop spotting your dealership's cars out on the road.

• An addiction to hearing the words, "Where do I sign?"
