We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for a respected franchised main dealer located in Seaford, East Sussex.

- Basic salary of £16,500

- Realistic OTE of up to £40,000

- Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with a day off in the week

- Saturdays, 08:30 – 17:00; Sundays off

Duties of a Sales Executive:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets and related product sales

- Maximise profitability through effective vehicle sales and add-on sales such as warranties and finance packages

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster customer loyalty

- Present and explain vehicle options, accessories, financing, and warranty offerings

- Develop product knowledge to act as a brand ambassador

- Build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive, professional sales experience

- Prospect and follow up with potential customers to optimise sales opportunities

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company procedures

Requirements of a Sales Executive:

- Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally with three or more years in the motor trade

- Confident communication and customer service skills

- Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and customer interaction

- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work independently

- Full UK driving licence

- Right to work within the UK
