Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Radiographer to join our team as a Radiology Nurse Clinical Lead.
This is a key leadership role within the department, offering the opportunity to support and shape the delivery of high-quality, safe and effective imaging services. You will providevisible clinical leadership, supporting operational delivery while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, quality improvement and staff wellbeing.
In addition to day shifts this role will also require on-call cover for evenings and weekends.

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital with cross-cover at Poole Hospital

• Ensure compliance withIR(ME)R, health and safety standards and governance requirements
• Support staff throughsupervision, appraisal, and professional development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to improve patient pathways
You will be an approachable and visible leader, promoting a culture where staff feel supported, valued and empowered.

If a role or service relocates as part of a planned move, excess mileage will not be reimbursed. Travel from home to the new work base will be classed as a normal commute. Any other changes will be managed under Trust or national terms and conditions.
