Summary

I am a 15-year-old girl living in Beddau area. I have lots of interests and I like all types of sport, but Rugby is my favourite and I like to go and watch a local game if possible or just practise throwing a ball back and forth. I love being out in the community if I am well enough and would like to go to the beach and stop for fish and chips. I Would like to go the Cinema in Nantgarw where we could play a game of pool and play on the arcade games. I have lots more interests which include swimming and shopping to Cardiff and going for a walk around Cardiff Bay.

I use a lightweight wheelchair if I am out and go on a longer journey as I have long term health needs including Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Pain and reliance on both a suprapubic catheter and nasogastric feeding tube which I manage both myself so potential PA would not need to attend to either. These conditions do impact my daily living, but I am quite independent and would like to go out and enjoy my time in the community.

PURPOSE OF JOB

Support me in the local community and at home at times.

HOURS OF WORK

4 hours term time and 6 hours school holidays to be worked over 1 shift.

RATES OF PAY

£15.50 per hour + mileage
