Summary
Penponds are looking for a Full Time Care Assistant to work in the Community of Swindon to support vulnerable adults in their own homes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Duties for this role include supporting vulnerable adults with:
· Washing/showering/bathing to maintain personal hygiene
· Dressing and undressing
· Administering/prompting medications
· Meal preparations and hydration needs
· Continence care
· Social Excursions
