Summary

Love TikTok, social media and talking to people?

The Big Phone Store is looking for a confident and enthusiastic TikTok Live Presenter to become one of the faces of our growing live shopping team.

You'll host live shopping events across TikTok and other social media platforms, showcasing refurbished mobile phones, accessories and the latest technology to thousands of viewers. You'll answer questions live, demonstrate products, build excitement and help customers choose the right device, earning commission on the sales you generate.

No two live streams are the same. One day you could be launching the latest iPhone deals, the next demonstrating accessories or taking part in special promotions alongside the marketing team.

Previous presenting experience isn't essential. If you're naturally confident, enjoy chatting to people and would love to build a career in social media, sales or content creation, we'll provide the training and support you need.

This is an office-based role in Wolverhampton.

What You'll Be Doing

As one of our Live Shopping Presenters, you'll help bring our products to life through engaging live broadcasts.

Your day could include:

• Hosting live shopping events on TikTok and other social media platforms.

• Demonstrating smartphones, accessories and technology products.

• Answering customer questions during live broadcasts.

• Helping viewers choose the right products for their needs.

• Creating an energetic and engaging live shopping experience.

• Working alongside our marketing and ecommerce teams on promotions and campaigns.

• Learning about new products before they launch.

• Building confidence and trust with viewers.

• Helping drive online sales through live demonstrations.

• Keeping up to date with TikTok trends and live shopping features.
