Summary

Production & Assembly Operative’s – Temp to Perm – Immediate Start

Location: Rochdale

Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)

• 6:00am – 2:00pm

• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

• Occasional 8:00am – 5:00pm shifts

About the Role

We are looking for Production & Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Rochdale. This is a hands-on role involving assembly, product preparation, finishing work, and supporting production processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Duties

• Assemble and bond components to manufacturing specifications

• Prepare materials through sanding, finishing, and quality checks

• Support production lines to meet daily targets

• Carry out general production and factory duties

• Follow all health & safety and quality procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or similar roles

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible to work rotating shifts

• Must be able to attend a site induction prior to starting work
