Summary
DORZ Care Services is a domiciliary care provider, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to live safely and independently in their own homes.
We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team, supporting clients across West Sussex and Surrey, providing essential care and support tailored to each individual's needs.
What You'll Do:
• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and safe moving and handling.
• Assist with meal preparation and provide support with eating and drinking where required.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and encourage independence.
• Prompt or assist with medication (where required and trained).
• Help with light household tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
• Follow individual care plans and report any changes or concerns to the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely care records using the company's electronic systems.
• Treat every client with dignity, respect, and confidentiality at all times.

• Willing to learn and develop through our comprehensive training and ongoing support.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, as travel between clients' homes is required (desirable).
