Early Years | Up to £28,000 | 40 hours per week | Permanent

- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years - essential
- Experience working within an early years or childcare setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework

Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver child-led activities and experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Act as a key person for an allocated group of children, building warm and consistent relationships
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and development accurately
- Support children's individual needs, interests and next steps in a nurturing and thoughtful way
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment throughout the setting
- Communicate positively and openly with parents and families on a daily basis
- Work as part of a supportive team to uphold the nursery's high standards of care
