Shift Pattern: Monday to Wednesday, 14:00 - 00:00 & Thursday, 14:00 - 23:30
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour ( £14.35 with combined allowance)
Daily Allowance: £15.63 per shift worked
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join our paint preparation team in Coventry. This is a full-time position working a four-day afternoon shift, giving you a three-day weekend every week.
Key Responsibilities
* Decanting brake callipers ready for the production process.
* Preparing callipers for the paint room to ensure they are ready for painting.
* Carrying out quality checks on painted callipers to ensure they meet company quality standards.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
* Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
* Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
