Summary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable UK-wide recovery business that is seeking a Roadside Vehicle Technician to join their team in Dagenham. Duties of a Roadside Vehicle Technician:

- Respond to breakdowns across Dagenham and surrounding areas

- Carry out roadside repairs and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles

- Work efficiently to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults

- Provide excellent customer service during roadside interventions

- Complete detailed reports and documentation of each job as a Roadside Vehicle Technician

- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

- Manage your schedule effectively to ensure timely response and service

Requirements of a Roadside Vehicle Technician:

- Full UK driving licence

- Technical qualifications from Level 2 or higher in light vehicle maintenance or an equivalent standard

- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience

- Strong fault-finding skills, with a focus on electrical and diagnostic work

- Customer-centric attitude and professional communication skills

- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota, with approximately 50% of weekends scheduled
