Summary
* Travel to clients’ homes throughout the day to provide care and support within the community
* Supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Assisting with mobility and safe moving and handling procedures
* Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration
* Administer medication or prompt medication administration in accordance with care plans and company policies
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
* Support clients to attend appointments and access the community where appropriate
* Encouraging independence and promoting choice and well-being.
* Monitor and report any concerns or changes in a client’s condition
* Maintain accurate care records and documentation
* Following safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and infection control procedures at all times
