Summary

Are you an experienced smart repair specialist seeking a new opportunity? Our client, a well established smart repair company is currently recruiting skilled Mobile Smart Repairers to join their team. This is an excellent chance to work independently, provide high-quality repairs, and enjoy a competitive salary package within a busy and expanding business.

Benefits of the Mobile Smart Repairer:

- Competitive hourly rate of approximately £15 to £22 per hour, negotiable based on experience

- Expected annual bonus of around £5,000, equivalent to approximately

- Opportunity to work independently using company vans equipped with most necessary tools

- Consistent working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

- Supportive franchise environment with room for professional development

Duties of the Mobile Smart Repairer:

- Performing smart repairs on alloys, bumps, scuffs, paint blemishes, and stone chips

- Operating from company vans, travelling to client sites across Exeter and surrounding areas

- Managing repairs independently with minimal supervision

- Replenishing supplies at depot, typically once a week

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction as a Mobile Smart Repairer

- Documenting repair work efficiently and accurately

Requirements of the Mobile Smart Repairer:

- Approximately three years' experience in smart repairs preferred

- Ability to work independently and manage own workload

- IMI or HTA qualifications are not essential but are a plus

- Possession of some specialist tools (e.g., spray guns) advantageous; vans are well-equipped

- Good organisational skills and reliability

- Friendly attitude and professional approach

- Valid UK driving licence
