This is a rewarding role where you will build positive relationships with residents aged 55+, helping them to live safely,

service, promoting resident wellbeing and ensuring our schemes remain safe, welcoming and well-managed environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver effective housing management across sheltered and independent living schemes, ensuring excellent service delivery and

* Provide wellbeing support, responding to resident enquiries, concerns, emergencies and low-level disputes to promote
independence and positive outcomes.
* Complete assessments, support plans, reviews and case management activities to help residents remain safe and sustain their
tenancies.
* Support the lettings process through viewings, sign-ups and promoting sheltered housing to minimise voids.
* Encourage resident engagement in activities that support health, wellbeing and social inclusion.
* Assist residents to access welfare benefits, budgeting support, digital services and specialist support where needed.
* Work closely with internal teams, external agencies and community partners to ensure residents receive appropriate support and
effective signposting.
* Carry out scheme inspections, health and safety checks and monitor communal areas, reporting repairs and liaising with
contractors as required.
* Promote safeguarding and ensure any concerns are reported and managed in line with policy and procedure.
* Maintain accurate records, use digital systems effectively and contribute to continuous service improvement
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in sheltered housing, housing management, supported housing, social care, or a similar customer-focused role
supporting older or vulnerable people
* Experience carrying out assessments, support planning and managing customer cases.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues and
partner agencies.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and a commitment to promoting resident wellbeing, independence and tenancy sustainment.
* Ability to manage challenging situations confidently, using sound judgement and resilience.
* Experience supporting customers with budgeting, welfare benefits or accessing support services.
* Good IT skills and experience using digital systems to maintain accurate records.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive services and excellent customer care.
* Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and appropriate business insurance.
Interview Process:
* Candidates will be invited to attend an interview, which will include a competency-based discussion exploring relevant
experience, housing management knowledge, safeguarding awareness and customer-focused behaviours. Interviews will take place at
