This role would suit a safety-conscious driver with packaged ADR experience who is confident working independently and maintaining high standards throughout each shift.Key responsibilities• Driving an HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly• Completing planned deliveries and collections during night shifts• Handling packaged ADR goods in line with relevant procedures• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects promptly• Completing delivery documentation accurately• Following route, site, health and safety requirements• Providing professional service at collection and delivery points• Maintaining compliance with drivers’ hours and transport regulationsSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 driving entitlement• Current ADR Packaged qualification• Relevant commercial driving experience• Good knowledge of road safety and drivers’ hours requirements• A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach• Ability to work nights and manage duties independently• Good communication and accurate paperwork skillsThis is a temporary night-driving role offering £20 to £21 per hour in Somercotes.
