This role would suit a professional driver with ADR Packaged certification who is confident working independently and delivering safely and efficiently.About the companyThe employer is a UK logistics business supporting pallet distribution, warehousing and specialist transport. Its services include hazardous and ADR transport, with operations focused on the safe, compliant movement of goods across the UK. The business also provides storage and fulfilment support for commercial customers.Key responsibilities• Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle during night shifts• Complete vehicle checks and report any defects promptly• Carry out pallet deliveries and collections in line with agreed schedules• Secure loads correctly and handle goods with care• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately• Follow road safety, transport and hazardous goods procedures• Maintain professional communication with customers and operational teams• Work in line with company policies and legal requirementsSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 licence• CPC qualification and digital tachograph card• ADR Packaged certification• Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience• Good knowledge of UK roads and road safety requirements• Reliable, punctual and able to work night shifts• Strong awareness of vehicle safety, load security and compliance• Professional approach with good communication skillsBenefits• £23 per hour• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity visibility to local employersApply today.
