The role supports day-to-day warehouse activity within a business focused on storage, fulfilment and distribution.Key responsibilities• Loading and unloading deliveries safely• Moving stock and goods around the warehouse• Picking, packing and preparing items for dispatch• Checking goods against paperwork and reporting discrepancies• Keeping work areas tidy and organised• Following site health and safety procedures• Supporting general warehouse duties as requiredSkills and qualifications• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is useful but not essential• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach• Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team• Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties• Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures• Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy• Good basic communication skillsThis temporary position offers pay of £12.71 to £14.00 per hour and regular daytime working hours.
