What you’ll be doing As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be a key point of contact for the team during B shift. You’ll help set the pace, organise priorities and make sure everyone has the support they need to deliver a successful shift. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and supporting the B shift warehouse team, making sure work is completed safely, accurately and on time. * Planning and prioritising the daily workload, including picking, loading, goods-in, stock movements and despatch. * Keeping customer service at the heart of the operation, ensuring orders are picked, checked and despatched accurately and within deadlines. * Monitoring performance, productivity and accuracy, responding quickly when issues arise and escalating where appropriate. * Coaching and developing colleagues, helping the team understand procedures, expectations and what great performance looks like. * Maintaining excellent warehouse standards, including housekeeping, hygiene, food safety and stock control. * Putting safety first, ensuring health and safety procedures, manual handling requirements and safe use of MHE are followed. * Keeping records accurate and up to date, including paperwork, system updates and shift handovers. * Working closely with other teams, including production, transport and planning, to keep the whole site moving smoothly.
