ORDER PICKING AND DESPATCH • Pick and package customer orders accurately using the Merlin system, meeting agreed requirements. • Prepare despatch documentation and shipping labels using the DPD portal and other carrier systems. • Load and unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment and manual-handling techniques. • Pre-stage and check next-day deliveries to keep logistics running smoothly.
