This will include supporting the Management Team with recruitment and workforce planning within the service. Also contributing to Leeds Improvement Method (LIM) projects and continuous improvement methodologies. This role will also support the Warehouse Management team with a substantial project involving the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYATT), in collaboration with Pharmacy Preparative Services.
