He is routine driven and can be repetitive. He has a gentle nature but can gets dysregulated. He helps chores, can use some kitchen appliances and prepare a simple lunch. Hours: • up to 12 hours/week during term time • up to 16 hours/week during school holidays • work pattern is negotiable and can be shared between two PAs. Rate: £13.23/hour Main duties: The successful PA will: - Provide unconditional positive regard, building a trusting and supportive relationship. - Help L to access the local community and enjoy activities. - Encourage communication and social interactions. - Build L's confidence and independence.
