As a member of the retail team, you will help us deliver an excellent experience for our visitors, providing friendly and welcoming customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. You will work in a busy and vibrant Christmas market environment, where no two days are quite the same. Your duties will include serving customers, operating tills and handling cash, maintaining excellent product knowledge, replenishing and controlling stock, carrying out administration checks and keeping your area clean, tidy and well presented. You will receive all the training and support you need to succeed in the role. As the Christmas Markets are a particularly busy time of year, you will need to be confident working at pace, have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with a wide range of customers. Previous retail, till or cash-handling experience would be an advantage.
