As a Transport Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating transport arrangements for customers attending Eleanor Lodge's Day Centre and community-based activities across Northamptonshire. Using a computerised scheduling system, you will organise efficient pick-up and drop-off journeys, taking into account customer locations, attendance times, individual schedules, and driver availability. Working with a complex two-week rota, you will coordinate transport for up to 23 customers, some attending full-day sessions and others attending for shorter activities throughout the day. The role is office-based and requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing transport requirements while maintaining accurate schedules and records.
