About You You will be a technically strong finance professional with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. Essential Requirements Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience. Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge. Experience managing month-end and year-end reporting processes. Previous people management or team leadership experience. Audit experience and a strong understanding of financial controls. Experience working with ERP systems and finance transformation projects. Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
