About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Senior Planner to join a busy Property Services team based in

West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong repairs and maintenance planning experience who is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed within the required timescales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance works for operatives and subcontractors.

  • Allocate jobs efficiently based on priority, location, skills and availability.

  • Monitor outstanding and completed works to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

  • Liaise with operatives, residents, tenants, subcontractors and internal teams.

  • Manage urgent and priority repairs, ensuring they are dealt with appropriately.

  • Monitor operative workloads and make adjustments where required.

  • Identify and resolve scheduling issues and delays.

  • Ensure appointments are booked and maintained within agreed timescales.

  • Keep systems and records up to date with accurate job and appointment information.

  • Monitor KPIs and performance against agreed service levels.

  • Support the wider planning team and assist with more complex scheduling requirements.

  • Provide guidance and support to other Planners where required.

About You

  • Previous experience working as a

    Planner, Senior Planner or Repairs Planner within property services, housing or maintenance.

  • Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance processes.

  • Experience scheduling operatives and managing a busy workload.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to prioritise urgent and high-priority works.

  • Confident communicating with operatives, residents and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and IT skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
