A new and exciting opportunity has arisen in our newly redesigned Nursing care model within the Hillingdon Care Connection Team (CCT). We are in need of someone to join our team as a Senior Administrative Co-Ordinator, working on a permanent basis. The CCT comprises of a Guided Care Matrons (GCM), GPs, Health Care Support Workers (HCSW), Wellbeing Support Assistants and a Senior Administrative Co-Ordinators. The post holder will provide clinical supervision to Band 7s within the service, B7 family therapists and family therapy trainees, including live supervision within the Family Therapy Clinic, however this is not limited to Family Therapist and . They will also be the Sub-team Lead for the Neurodevelopmental Team, holding senior clinical and operational responsibilities and working with consultants, sub-team leads, borough leads and the team manager & service manager. The Neurodevelopmental Team is jointly led by a Consultant Psychiatrist and Senior Clinical Psychologist. Key Responsibilities 1. Roles and Responsibilities for the Sub-team Lead · Be responsible and accountable for the team’s service performance. · Ensure provision of high-quality, evidence-based and cost-effective care for children and young people accessing the team and service. · Provide clinical leadership for the sub-specialty team. · Working in collaboration with the other Sub-Team Lead and Consultant Psychiatrist to deliver outcomes for the team. · Implement and embed the CAMHS clinical model of brief intervention through defined care pathways. · Contribute to systems for achieving agreed targets, including evaluating capacity and clinical activity to improve waiting times and throughput. · Provide assurance that staff access appropriate case management and therapy supervision in line with Service Line and Trust policies. · Support evaluation of clinical outcomes at subspecialist team level. · Create a culture of continuous quality improvement and contribute actively to service quality-improvement initiatives. · Contribute to the local Care Quality and Performance Group and clinical-effectiveness systems and processes. · Support review of skill mix and recruitment to deliver service objectives. · Participate in planning, distribution and allocation of clinical, administrative, professional and managerial tasks. · Contribute to evidence-based clinical practice and guidelines, local partnership work and stakeholder meetings when delegated. 2. Clinical · Deliver generic CAMHS assessments of children and young people referred to the Neurodevelopmental Team within required timescales. · Contribute to Neurodevelopment Assessments, Conduct ADHD assessments and Contribute to Autism assessments as required (training for this can be provided within the role). · Formulate and implement evidence-based care plans across the full range of care settings. · Implement a range of short- and long-term systemic psychotherapy interventions for individuals, carers, families and groups within the Neurodevelopmental Pathway. · Evaluate treatment options using relevant theoretical and therapeutic models and consideration of highly complex factors. · Exercise autonomous professional responsibility for assessment, treatment and discharge. · Provide specialist systemic consultation, formulation, expertise and guidance that contributes to assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and multidisciplinary decision-making. · Undertake risk assessment and risk management, and advise other professionals on these matters. · Act as care coordinator or lead professional, initiating and reviewing CAMHS care plans. · Communicate assessment, formulation and treatment information in a skilled and sensitive manner. · Participate in the community duty rota . · Support the duty rota as lead on-site a few times a month. We are inviting applications from experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologists for an exciting new senior psychologist position in our well-established and respected HIV and Sexual health services. We are particularly interested to receive applications from psychologists with experience in or relevant to the specialism of HIV, sexual health and psychosexual difficulties, as well as leadership and supervisory experience. The role would suit psychologists who are passionate about supporting people who have experienced social and political marginalisation. It provides opportunities to work critically and systemically with themes including the impact of social stigma and intersectional identities. The successful candidate will be joining a team of dynamic and forward-thinking psychologists. We are recruiting for two vacancies • Permanent: 37.5 hours per week (1wte) • Fixed-term for 8 months: 22.5 hours per week (0.6wte) • To provide a highly specialist psychology service as part of CNWL’s integrated multidisciplinary Sexual Health and HIV Services. • To contribute to team leadership and co-lead on operational delivery and oversight of pathways. The psychology team forms part of CNWL's integrated, multidisciplinary HIV and Sexual Health services, working closely alongside doctors, nurses, health advisers, peer support workers, healthcare support workers, customer care and administrative staff in providing holistic care to patients. The team provides training placements for clinical and counselling psychology trainees as well as trainee psychosexual therapists. The successful candidate will be supported in their professional development, including access to CPD from CNWL psychological workforce development. The post holders will receive clinical and management supervision from the Lead Psychologist for HIV and Sexual Health services and will be provided with appropriate training and support. A full Trust and local induction will be provided. The role is clinic-based. The role may involve the provision of inpatient and community psychology services to young people, adults, older adults and their families, including working in the community, on wards, in prisons, and remotely as required by the service. Service provision is flexible and may include working across different locations and clinic times as required.
