Your new role As Interim Talent Partner (maternity cover), you will play a key role within the People function, helping to shape and embed a global approach to talent, succession planning and performance management. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will design and implement frameworks that strengthen organisational capability, support leadership development and build sustainable talent pipelines. You will contribute to the development of a consistent talent infrastructure that enables business performance and supports future growth. Key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing talent management and succession planning frameworks across the organisation. Identifying critical roles, capability gaps and succession priorities. Facilitating talent review processes and supporting strategic workforce planning. You will demonstrate: Proven experience designing and implementing talent and succession planning frameworks. Experience supporting or leading performance management transformation programmes. A strong track record of delivering leadership development and organisational capability initiatives. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes through talent strategies. The ability to influence, challenge and coach senior leaders effectively. Outstanding facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong strategic thinking combined with a practical, delivery-focused approach. Excellent programme and project management capabilities. Experience using talent and performance management systems, ideally SuccessFactors. The ability to utilise workforce and talent analytics to support decision-making.
