This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in the commercial delivery of a variety of construction projects, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. The commercial team is key to the successful delivery of projects across multiple sectors. In this role, you will support procurement, commercial management, and contractual processes on a range of construction projects. As Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for residential developments from pre-construction through to final account and handover.
