Pearson BTEC Trainer 2026 This position is open to all candidates based within the Middle East region, and can speak Arabic fluently with B1 English. Role Summary As a BTEC Trainer you will be responsible for delivering online, and face to face courses in the UK. BTEC Trainers are required to keep up to date with changes in the education sector and the latest developments in their subject area. There would also be a requirement to work with our internal support teams on the continual improvement of professional development courses. You will be required to undertake international travel. Delivery: Ensure that all objectives are met within the training session. Present information in a way that is suited to the customer and environment. Use Ed Tech confidently within the training session. Deal appropriately with all customer queries in a professional manner. Manage own time and travel arrangements. (All travel arrangements and expenses will be covered by Pearson). Deliver the agreed training session in line with guidelines from the customer and Pearson. Feedback: Complete and submit a summary feedback form for every session delivered. Training session delegate feedback should be scored consistently within expectations. Experience and qualifications required. For the Lead Trainer, you will have strong knowledge and experience of Facilities Management (FM) as both a teacher and practitioner. You will be able to lead the delivery of FM training and provide support and guidance to the other Trainers. For the Trainer roles, you will have previous experience of delivering a Facilities Management (FM) course and will work under the direction of the Lead Trainer. Up to three Trainers may be appointed. You have experience of teaching a Pearson BTEC International Specification. You will have experience of delivering effective training to adult delegates. A good understanding of the qualification and assessment principles. You will have a high level of subject knowledge to deliver the training. You will have teaching, administration, assessment or management experience in the relevant subject and level. You will have strong presentation and communication skills. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You will be confident using a laptop, internet and Microsoft Powerpoint and should have demonstrable experience of using technology to support your training delivery. You will be able to manage the learning and development of a range of teaching professionals who may bring to bear a range differing viewpoints. Mechanically biased Quality Assurance Manager (QA/QC) - Tier 1 Main Contractor - London City - c£110k + bens - Commercial Offices and Data Centres Duties may include: Raise QC Observations during inspections of live projects, including but not limited to Building Services Utilising the 'QC Risk Decision Required' template, identify to the Project Director important design, workmanship or materials risks during the Construction Phase that have not been satisfactorily resolved through the QC Observations process. Due to expansion within the Delegate Authority team, a position for a senior Technician to handle delegated risks has arisen dealing with all classes of delegated authority business. Your new role In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role within the Delegated Authority team, managing the technical aspects of Binding Authority and Reinsurance agreements across a diverse portfolio of international business. You will be responsible for producing and reviewing MRC Binder contracts, endorsements and associated documentation within the DUA Life cycle, whilst providing technical support to internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with London Market and Lloyd's standards. The role offers exposure to underwriters, brokers, insurers and capacity providers, allowing you to build strong market relationships whilst supporting the full Delegated Authority life cycle. This is a hands-on technical position suited to someone who enjoys ownership, stakeholder engagement and working across a broad range of international binder arrangements. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience working within a technical capacity dealing with Binding Authorities to include MRC production will possess a strong understanding of London Market Binder arrangements, cover-holder relationships and delegated authority processes. You will have experience drafting, reviewing or managing Binding Authority agreements, endorsements and related contractual documentation, alongside strong stakeholder management skills and a high level of attention to detail. Experience gained within a Broker, Managing Agent, MGA or Reinsurance environment would be highly advantageous, as would exposure to systems such as ATLAS, DCOM, BARS or Delegated Audit Manager.This role would suit a technically strong insurance professional who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and working across the full delegated authority life cycle. Your new role Your new job working as a Property Account Handler means you will be responsible for supporting and servicing a diverse portfolio of Real Estate clients, handling your own portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a consistently high standard of client care and technical delivery. Working alongside other Account handlers, Account Executives and client Directors you will manage the day-to-day administration of client accounts, including the preparation of new business documentation, mid-term adjustments and renewal information, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring all client data is processed efficiently and compliantly. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience working as an Account Handler handling Property Owners / Real Estate business will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be fully proficient in Acturis and ideally, you will be educated ideally to GCSE standard or equivalent and have obtained or be working towards your Cert CII.
