What You Bring: Proven experience in a senior administrative or coordination role, preferably within Facilities Management, sports and leisure or another contract-driven environment. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail, particularly when dealing with financial information, reporting and documentation. Excellent written communication and minute-taking skills. Good experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The confidence to chase actions, challenge missing information and ensure deadlines are met.
