You should ideally have: • Previous experience as a Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Team Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Shift Team Leader or similar. • Proven experience leading production teams within a high-volume manufacturing environment. • A strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production targets and shop-floor performance. • Experience managing production KPIs such as output, quality, downtime, labour efficiency and productivity. • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills. • A practical, hands-on approach to manufacturing problem solving. • Experience working alongside Engineering, Quality and other manufacturing support functions. • A proactive approach to continuous improvement. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. • The ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Flexibility to work a rotating morning, afternoon and night shift pattern.
