CRM Executive This is a unique opportunity to join ATG Entertainment's expanding specialised customer relationship management team, responsible for engaging a large customer base via email with a rich schedule of shows for our 10 London West End venues and 28 venues around the UK. Reporting into the Senior CRM Executive, this passionate individual will have the opportunity to work on the CRM communications for the best theatre shows in the world including Paddington, Lion King, Six, Paranormal Activity and much more across a vast range of show genres. Not only will you have the opportunity to work on ATG Entertainment's amazing show catalogue, you will also be building omni-channel CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys using industry leading, sophisticated CRM software. To be successful in this role you will need to be an ambitious self-starter who works well in a collaborative team and is willing to learn and develop within an exciting industry. Key Responsibilities To contribute to develop highly targeted omni-channel campaigns (online, mobile and offline) for a range of shows for ATG Entertainment venues. Build relevant and targeted customer email segments to ensure maximum engagement and click through rates with show content, to ultimately drive tickets sales for ATG Entertainment. Build a range of highly engaging show emails such as onsales, cast announcements, reviews, previsits and newsletters. Responsible for coordinating show copy and various assets to build emails. Responsible for managing, tracking and report on progress of venue email campaign schedules. Carry out detailed data and email proofing for email campaigns to ensure emails maintain ATG Entertainment's high quality standards. Build email campaigns based on briefs received from CRM Campaign Planner. Manage the setup, scheduling and deployment of all email, ensuring all tracking codes and tags are applied to facilitate accurate performance monitoring. Track the performance of email KPIs and communicate performance to internal stakeholders. Coding skills desirable, however not essential. Your Skills, Qualities, and Experience. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Clinical Fellow in Paediatrics to join service at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. The post is a 12-month fixed-term appointment. The services works cohesively to deliver the best care for women, children and families. There is an over-arching senior leadership team comprising the Care Group Director, Operational Director, Director of Midwifery and Director of Nursing for Children and Young People. Each service and specialty has its own leadership team including a Specialty Lead, Specialty Manager, Matrons and Service Manager. The Group also has a Trust wide remit for the professional leadership of children’s nursing and as an advocate for children and young people. Duties for the post holder will be on the inpatient wards, Children’s emergency department, CYPAU and Tropical Bay. The rota involves daytime and night duties, compliant with the European Working Time and Deanery Directives. Full induction to operations, duties, responsibilities and expectations will be provided. There is a Consultant led handover followed by a consultant led ward round every morning on both inpatient wards and the successful candidate will be responsible for taking an active role in managing the patients along with the rest of the team. At any time the immediate clinical back-up from a middle grade doctor (Registrar) and our supportive nursing team will be available. We’re an organisation that is getting better and better and our improvements are driven by a determination to deliver care we’re proud of and our patients are happy with. They are benefitting from a new electronic patient record (we were the last acute trust in London to introduce one) and our maternity services have been rated good by the Care Quality Commission. We operate from two main sites – KGH in Goodmayes and Queen’s Hospital in Romford. We have two busy emergency departments with more than 346,000 people visiting them last year. Job Description Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head chef; ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all time. Station Management – oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station and upkeep your designated area with supplies and ensuring cleanliness in line with policies and procedures. Quality Control – maintain high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste is considered at all times. Team Collaboration – communicate positively and effectively with all other team members and assist/support all colleagues where necessary. Coaching of junior chefs to support development. Menu Development – collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation. Cleaning and Maintenance – maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen including your designated area ensuring equipment is in good working order. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or similar role. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
