You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects associated with the clearance of the hospital site footprint are delivered on time and within budget, with the safe operational transfer and relocation of services whilst making best use of Trust assets. Working closely with service users and a wide range stakeholders, the post holder will work alongside a passionate and motivated clinical and operational team to support the redevelopment of the service and must be flexible and collaborative in their approach. The post holder should have a proven track record in leading and delivering multiple projects simultaneously as well as experience of managing significant capital projects. Experience of complex environments is essential, along with working independently and proactively. • Employ strong project management skills, ensuring that project are delivered successfully and on time. • Ensure every project has been risked assessed via the QEIA process from the outset and has a risk register and all risks have appropriate mitigating actions.
