Summary

We are looking for an organised, compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our Andrology team within Urology at UCLH Westmoreland Street. In this role you will often be the first point of contact for our patients, providing efficient, courteous administrative support that helps our multidisciplinary clinical team deliver a first-class, patient-centred service. You will manage patient communications across the phone, email and Mycare, book, cancel and reschedule outpatient appointments, and monitor waiting list, cancellation and Did Not Attend work queues to support timely access to care. You will register new patients, process referrals and maintain accurate records on the Electronic Health Record system. You will also take day-to-day responsibility for our nurse-led clinics and specialist equipment, working closely with consultants, registrars and clinical nurse specialists to deliver a seamless, patient-centred administrative service.
