Senior Clinical Pharmacist - rotational. The post-holder with have the opportunity to rotate through a range of different areas/specialties across Aintree Hospital and the Walton Centre for Neurology and Neurosurgery. We have a fully integrated electronic prescribing system along with unique in-house systems to help you deliver excellent clinical care to your patients. We are seeking a motivated registered children's nurse to work within our Paediatric Ward. We are an 8 bedded inpatient ward caring for a range of patients from 0-16 years of age. Ward 1 cares for patients with a wide range of medical, surgical and mental health needs. We also are a paediatric shared care unit for oncology patients from Birmingham Children's Hospital. Responsible for monitoring team performance information, targets and quality measures, and embedding good working practices within the administrative team. This will include audit and monitoring of the following key performance indicators: - Performance against national waiting times targets - Service utilisation. - Service accessibility - Information governance Service Improvement and Development: Contribute to service improvement initiatives and change projects with the overall aim to ensure maximum utilisation of resources and excellent patient experience. This role involves supporting the dismantling, scanning, and verification of health records within electronic systems, as well as the appraisal and secure destruction of records.
